The first V-Series model was found on the racetrack in 2004 with the Gen 1 CTS-V. The newest model was the Escalade-V in 2023 and then came the electric V-Series models with the OPTIQ and LYRIQ. The V-Series Lineup

The Cadillac LYRIQ-V is also impressive with an electric powertrain that provides up to 615 horsepower with Velocity Max and 650 lb.-ft of torque. This model takes you from zero to fun in 3.3 seconds.
If a sedan is more your style, you’re in luck with the CT5-V Blackwing. This sports sedan offers a bold presence with sleek style. Powered by a 6.2L hand-built supercharged V8 engine, you get up to 668 horsepower and 659 lb.-ft of torque to go from zero to 60 in 3.4 seconds.
You also have the CT4-V Blackwing, which offers elegance combined with sporty attitude. This sedan features the 3.6L twin-turbocharged V6 engine, which produces up to 472 horsepower and 445 lb.-ft of torque and goes from zero to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds.
The non-Blackwing CT5-V model stands out from the crowd with a 3.0Ltwin-turbocharged V6 engine, which provides up to 360 horsepower and 405 lb.-ft of torque. Step on the gas pedal to go rom zero to 60 in 4.6 seconds. Finally, the CT4-V produces 325 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft of torque from a 2.7L dual-volute turbocharged I4 engine. The result is zero to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds.
Exciting Features for the V-Series
It takes more than a powerful engine to produce the kind of ride that the V-Series offers. Cadillac has loaded their models with some of the latest innovations to enhance performance. For instance, Magnetic Ride Control can read the road up to 1000 times per second to adjust quickly for agility and precise handing.
An electronic limited-slip differential directs torque to the rear wheel that has the best traction without driver input. You also have multiple drive modes, including V-Mode, which is a customizable performance mode. Other modes include Track, Snow/Ice, Tour, Sport, and My Mode.
